We aim to respond to every support email within one business day (Monday–Friday, U.S. business hours).
Open the app and tap "Sign up." Enter your name, work email, and a password. We'll email you a 6-digit verification code; enter it on the next screen and you're in. Codes expire after three minutes — tap "Resend code" if you need a fresh one.
On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?" and enter the email on your account. We'll send a 6-digit reset code to that address. If you don't see it within a minute, check your spam folder. If you still don't receive it, email support@govedin.com.
Tap the Opportunities tab and use the filter sheet to narrow by NAICS code, set-aside type, agency, notice type, or contract vehicle. Tap any opportunity to see the full details, and tap "Create Workspace" to convert it into a proposal effort. You can also save filter sets as named alerts to get a push notification whenever new matches are posted.
Open a workspace, upload a solicitation (PDF or Word), and the AI will classify the document, extract requirements, and build a compliance matrix. Analysis usually takes 10–30 seconds depending on document size. The text of your document is sent to OpenAI's API for processing — see our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
Open a workspace, tap the export button in the header, and choose between Word (.docx) or Excel (.xlsx). Larger exports may take 30–60 seconds to generate; you'll get a notification when the file is ready to download.
Yes. Create your organization in Settings → Organization, then invite teammates by email. Members can have admin, member, or viewer roles. If your company already exists in GovedIn (someone else from your team set it up first), you can request to join from the same screen.
Open Settings → Notifications. The master toggle controls all push notifications; underneath, you can toggle each category (deadline reminders, AI analysis, opportunity alerts, etc.) individually. You can also revoke push permission at the OS level in your device settings.
Email support@govedin.com from the address on your account and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Version 1.0 is iPhone-only on the App Store. The web app at govedin.com works on any modern browser, including iPad. Native iPad and Android-tablet support are on the roadmap.
